As a part-time Focus Academy, we exist to promote vocations and establish spiritual foundations, so that people find God's plan for their lives, the local church is built, and society is transformed.

Overview
What exactly do you expect?
10 months of exciting discipleship await you: deeper insights into the Bible and theology, answers to contemporary questions, and practical tips for your spiritual life; deep relationships and personal mentoring; encouragement of your calling; development of your character and leadership skills; inspiring missions with other churches.
This unfolds in 5 key areas:
1. Academy Student Days
Once a month Deep Dive. Delving deeper into God's Word, practice, and theology. Fridays from 09:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Topics range from prophecy, church planting, and homiletics to church history, the Old Testament, and apologetics, among others. Everyone can participate and also register for individual sessions. (Independent of the discipleship school)
2. Master Class
10 months regularly together with others who go ALL-IN. – what could be better? The masterclass is a weekly small group where we want to experience fun, honest exchange, and mutual growth. We want to grow holistically: character, relationship with Christ, competence. For all 3 areas, we will read books and reflect together. Furthermore, we will motivate each other for our personal project management and learn from one another.
3. Project Management
You will have a clearly defined leadership responsibility during the 10 months to grow in your leadership and help build the local church! You will not be alone in this. Your project, your ups and downs will be supported in the Masterclass and through mentoring!
4. Personal Mentoring
You will have the privilege of personal mentoring by experienced leaders of our church during this time. You can discover your personal design, potential, and calling.
5. Learning from the Best
You have the opportunity to complete two short internships for a few days in inspiring churches during the 10 months. Depending on your area of responsibility, you will visit churches that excel in your field, allowing you to learn from the best. Partner churches: – Citychurch Cologne – Equippers – Hoop Church – Credo Church – Urban Life Church – FCG Lörrach – Zeal Church – Ecclesia Churches
